Details We have invested in a ground-floor investment opportunity in Kelowna, British Columbia. The development is called SkyeVue in the downtown core of Kelowna. We have raised a total of $7.3 M in the first round. The first round is governed by a Limited Partnership Agreement and is intended to pay the investor a return quarterly. And, the City of Kelowna is driving the rezoning initiative to revitalize the core! The project is run by co-General Partners, Dean Paprotka and Bob Embury. Dean's background is that of a lawyer who has experience in real estate. Bob runs the company Strategic West out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Both General Partners are interested in long term relationships and ensuring that the investors interests are paramount. We are seeking equity financing to move the project forward to completion.
