We are currently evaluating an investment opportunity located within the city limits of Strathmore, Alberta.  The property (226 acres) is already zoned for residential single family, multi-family and commercial lots. The offering is an 8% bond and a share in the profits once the project is complete.  The time horizon is short-term (1 to 3 years)  The services are already in place.

We will be evaluating the opportunity and determining the possibility of offering the investment to our investors.
